MY CONTRIBUTIONS:
As co-founder and VP of Sales & Marketing, I drew on my tenure in the beverage industry to build a go-to-market plan that penetrated the saturated RTD market and helped Forth stand out from a sea of sameness on the shelf.
Go-to-market: Established a foundational go-to-market for product launches, market penetration, and initial distribution.
Brand Strategy: Acted as creative director and oversaw all brand mark development, package design, and lifestyle content creation with co-founder.
Corporate Development: Created data-driven B2B pitches for national distributors, retailers, and stakeholders.
Digital & E-commerce Marketing: Designed and managed the website, e-commerce, and digital marketing roadmap for the first 2 years.
Retail Sales Strategy: Secured and managed distribution in national chain retailers across 4 western states within 2 years. Developed retail programs and displays to leverage a brand presence in stores.
Brand Partnerships: Structured and secured brand partnerships with key outdoor recreation resorts, venues, and events to grow the brand presence with key demographics.
In 2020, my business partner and I set out to redefine the ready-to-drink cocktail category, moving away from the overly sweet, boozy options that dominated the market. Our mission was clear: to craft bar-quality, premium cocktails for life’s moveable moments! Inspired by the landscape of Central Oregon and its outdoor lifestyle, we created a line of classic cocktails made with only the finest all-natural ingredients—perfect for wherever your adventures take you.
Launched in early 2021, Forth quickly became a local favorite, and earned national acclaim with multiple medals at top industry cocktail competitions. Within just 18 months, we expanded distribution to four states, solidifying Forth as a standout in the premium cocktail space.
