UBCO Electric Adventure Vehilces
When I joined UBCO, an unknown electric utility vehicle company based in New Zealand, they sought to grow brand awareness and notoriety for their one-of-a-kind flagship product, the 2x2, across North America. I headed up brand, partnership, PR, and experiential marketing efforts which positioned the Kiwi company as one of the top premium recreational EV products across the region. Below is a round-up of some of that work.

MY CONTRIBUTIONS:
Go-to-market: Curated two custom editions of the 2x2 electric utility bike— The Special Edition & Hunt Edition in collaboration with trusted brands like Peak Design, OnX, and Barebones to strategically engage our target audience. Led the collaborative rollout across PR, partnerships, events, retail, and the ambassador network.
Brand Partnerships: By forging strategic partnerships with renowned adventure, utility, and lifestyle brands such as Danner, Red Bull, Huckberry, The Portland Trail Blazers, OnX, Hyatt Hotels, US National Parks, Peak Design, Outerknown, and Barebones, we significantly expanded visibility, grew our customer database 20x, and effectively educated consumers on our product's unique value proposition.
Experiential: Designed engaging demo experiences at industry-leading events in Outdoor, Overlanding, Powersports, and Land Management. Launched a dealer demo tour to support retail channels, drive customer trials, and foster brand evangelism.
Ambassadors: Led relationships, content creation, and ROI tracking with a network of athletes and ambassadors reaching over 10 million, to grow brand presence in key verticals. Some key athletes and influencers included Chris Burkard & Shane Dorian.
PR & Communication: Secured national recognition in publications such as Forbes, Field and Stream, Gear Junkie, and Outside and received Men’s Health “Best New Motorbike of the Year” award.
