Ambassador Program
When I stepped into the Brand Director role at UBCO, I had the opportunity to craft compelling content that not only defined what the product is but also demonstrated how it’s used and why it inspires the world around us. To bring these value propositions to life, we partnered with National Geographic photographers, iconic athletes, and real customers—telling their stories through curated content that embodied the brand’s spirit.
To ensure a consistent and impactful visual identity, I established brand standards and content guidelines for our ambassador team. We structured content into distinct categories designed to build awareness, drive consideration, and inspire action—guiding customers through the marketing funnel.
Ambassador partners were carefully selected based on their alignment with key customer verticals, strong personal brands, and reputations within their industries. Beyond content creation, these ambassadors played a pivotal role in fostering community and driving engagement. By integrating an affiliate program with meaningful incentives, we transformed our ambassadors into brand advocates, directly contributing to D2C sales growth and strengthening UBCO’s brand presence in 2023.
